More on turtles

Knatolee whose charming blog is over at knatolee.blogspot.com forwarded this posting to me about a place that rescues injured turtles. It's wonderful to know there are places and people like this! Check it out at:

Good to know about the turtle rescue; they are the gentlest creatures and deserve to be protected.

I love turtles, but have to say, I relocated a lot of the snapping turtles that inhabited our pond in Connecticut that proved to be menaces to the birds that frequented it. Love Knatolee's World blog...one of my favories too, XOXO

BTW--spam on my blog is exasperating too. I'm trying the "approval" way before I go to word verification, but that may be next since yesterday I got over 18 "Anonymous" comments!
