We were just yesterday teaching a Sevillana friend of ours about Minnesotans (the weather, the "Os," and more. We even taught her to say "uff da"!
ReplyDeleteyes, that puts the Scottish climate into perspective! It's snowing today but spring is definitely on the way and it will really be spring, thank goodness for the gulf stream!

ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of my year in New Hampshire. I moved to New York because the climate just did me in, and yes, it's much much warmer.
ReplyDeleteOh such a fun post. Yes snow seems to be a big theme in New England this past month too and more on the way. My post themes lately have all been blizzards with my horses running across the tundra, and chickens getting swallowed by snow drifts. Lol
