It's too hot to think


I don't do well in the hot weather. I feel exhausted and irritable and my brain goes into a stall.
This is a picture I took last month of my favorite flower, the trillium. It was a cool day--ahhhh.

    I hate the heat also. Everyone used to give me a bad time about my retirement. They said my husband will retire to Arizona and I'll retire to Alaska, LOL.

    The heat is hard to take at times, but I think yr cold weather is downright frightening! LOL! Snow terrifies me but I can't say as I'm too fond of triple-digit temperatures, either. How about a nice medium, Mother Nature???!!!

    This is my kind of weather. When I was young I would rush out to be in it all day. Now that I'm old (and quite fat) I can't tolerate the heat. But I love it anyway. Probably because of the memories. That, and the absence of cold, ice, and snow.
